Mallorca always causes mixed reactions into the people who visit it for the first time: the everybody’s expectation is to find themselves in a small kingdom of the sun, sex, great drinks, expensive hotels and every kind of excesses.
Mallorca Island is much more and this negative image is nothing but the facade that has handed down since the 1960s, period in which the island saw the full industrial and tourist development, spreading the images of this beautiful natural place devastated by the hotels and the tourist structures, luxury villas and apartments close to the sea and surrounded by the nightclubs and the clubs that arose at the same time with the wild tourism.
In fact, this exaggerated urbanization has remained confined in fact at the only Bay of Palma, besides a small quantity of enormous tourist villages scattered here and there, but the rest of the island has remained completely immaculate and this for what concerns the majority of the territory.
And so here is that to accept the tourists arriving in Majorca, there is a varied scenario and absolutely fascinating in all its facets: from the rugged mountains that dominate all the north coast to the mysterious and glum medieval monasteries and up to the villages characterized by the pure and white buildings and by the farms of the central plain, all contribute to characterize in an unforgettable way this beautiful island which has always attracted artists of every kind, actors, writers etc...
