This fantastic restaurant is situated inside an old rural house and is entirely built in stone: its exterior is characterized by an ancient and rustic flavou, it is in complete contradiction with the adopted decor, very modern and with a minimalist style.
It is a bold approach and the same are the courageous proposed courses in the menu, excellent and imaginative, with an international flair to tradition. Among the specialities, we find some creative and simple at the same time dishes, for example it certainly stands out the delicious ravioli stuffed with pumpkin, or the wild mushrooms "en croute" (with crust), all accompanied by an exceptional wine of the house, strictly red.
Furthermore, the restaurant Aramis offers a "Menu del dia" that is unbeatable for both quality and price, in fact, it costs only 12.50 euros, a sum that usually is spent to eat in a simple cafe' or in a Tapas Bar. Finally, it is advisable to book in advance.
