Santa Ponca is without a doubt one of the Balearic locations less fascinating that could be found on this portion of the coast. On the west side of Magaluf it can be said that this area is a product of the 1980s, where the old settlements of that time were abandoned due to give space to a new architecture that mainly provides individual villas and terraced houses.
However, apart the tourist structures, the area offers a natural landscape really unique, with its green hills that overlook a wide bay. There are many beaches and they are all very spacious and extended; thanks to the broad bay that embraces the sea, the waters of the Santa Ponca bay are repaired and always very quiet, guaranteeing therefore pleasant and secure swims pleasant.
