the well equipped resort Illetes, also known as Illetas, is immediately after Cala Major, 7 km west of Palma but on the same portion of the rocky coast and near the hills. Precisely, on its green hills stand restaurants, hotels, flat blocks and summer villas that dominate the coast from the top of the hills and join the sea.
A very small portion of land has remained untouched but, for the rest it is possible to find every kind of tourist structure and everything is needed to enjoy at the best the holiday. Essential to this purpose are the beaches: the most beautiful of many small coves that occupy the coast of Illetes is certainly the beach of Platja Cala Comtesa situated on the southern extremity of the village and it coast a military area: this small bay is ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea and a little fresh ventilated shade of a gracious pines forest.
