The Sant Antonio bay extends further Punta des Moli even if this represents the Sant Antoni official border.
Over the promontory there is a less built area, full of English tourists and, above all, preferred by the families that prefers this area instead of Sant Antoni, making the atmosphere of the place less formal.
On this coast line, the best beach is certainly Platja des Pinet, also known as Platja d’en Xinxo, situated three kilometers to the west of Punta des Molì.
This small gulf, it isn’t larger then a hundred metres and not certainly among the most beautiful in the area: its sandy beach is washed by a calm sea and protected by the inlet, it is rather ordinary and would pass unnoticed if it wasn’t for the many funny opportunities that this place offers.
In fact, in addition to the two cheap and well provided snack-bars that arise in proximity of the beach, here it is possible to practise aquatic ski or make a ride on an unsinkable banana driven by a small raft…very funny!
Furthermore, the fully equipped beach is also a complex of water slides (rather staggering) open from May to October from 9 to 19; going on these uncertain slides to water costs 1 euro for two “slides”, or you can opt for the package from 10 that costs about 3,50 euros.
Another beach in the Sant Antoni gulf is Port des Torrens, the name comes from the name of a seasonal stream that was born from the highest peak of Ibiza, Sa Talaissa and then it plunges into the waters of this bay.
The Port des Torrens beach remains almost deserted during the year and there is the only presence of some occasional fishermen; the summer season is the only period when it is full of turists who relax on comfortable beach cots and then dive in the calm waters of the deep inlet.
During the month of the high season it is possible to eat something and refresh under the shadow of the snack bar on the beach.
