Figueral is a few kilometres north-east of Pou des Lleo; fro what concerns the place of vacation, attended mainly by many French and German families, let us say that this doesn’t stand out for its beauty: it is indeed small and rather bland, with a reasonable number of hotels, a couple of restaurants and a few souvenir shops.
About the Figueral beach, long about 200 metres, it can be said that first of all, not being in an inlet, it is quiet exposed to the open sea and to the winds: a positive consequence about its prominent position is that the beach is kept clean by the waves which, during the evening hours can wash the whole thin sandy strip; on the other hand, it is not the ideal beach where you can swim especially when there are strong winds from north-east that ruffle the sea.
